Drive Test Technician
:
The function of this position is driving a vehicle for the purpose of
collecting data related to RF test activities using appropriate test
equipment. The Drive Test Technician will also be responsible for
providing logistical support for RF engineering function. Additional duties
include performing RF engineering related technical analysis. This
position requires drive testing for CW and modulated RF signal measurement
as well as experience with TEMS or comparable data collection equipment.
In addition, this position requires flexibility for location,days and work
hours. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: applicants
must have a valid US drivers license with a good driving record and a
minimum of 3 years driving experience. Novice computer skills and a high
school diploma are required.
Design RF
Engineer : Responsible
for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of
wireless telecommunications networks. These include existing and planned
networks for cellular and digital mobile phone and data transmission
networks. Responsibilities also for link budgets analysis, system
dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, site
equipment determination, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage
planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency
planning and interference analysis.
