Thomas G. Adcock
Tom earned his B.S. Degree from the United
States Military Academy in West Point, New York, and his M.S. Degree in
Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He
also completed post-master degree courses at New York University and
George Washington University. Tom has more than 30 years experience in
wireless systems engineering including PCS, cellular, microwave, paging,
radiotelephone, and SMR. Tom coordinated the design and construction for
cellular systems in more than 10 percent of the 734 U.S. cellular MSA/RSA
markets. Prior to Tom's consulting career, he was in the U.S. Army Signal
Corps specializing in engineering and mobile communications. While on
active duty in the Army, Tom served with NATO, the Defense Communications
Agency, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the U.S. Military Academy at West
Point. Tom is a former Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and
Electronic Engineers.
Mehdi Alasti,
Ph.D.
Mehdi Alasti received his PhD in the area of
Wireless Communication Networks from University of Maryland at College
Park in Jan 2001, with the focus on MAC Layer & Application Layer
cross layer design for Integrated Voice & Data Wireless Networks.
Afterwards, Dr. Alasti was one of the founders of Zagros Networks Inc, a
fables semiconductor start-up company headquartered in Rockville, MD (2001
- 2003), where he worked as a Principle Engineer reporting to the VP of
Engineering. From July 2003 - December 2003 Dr. Alasti joined the
Electrical & Computer Engineering Department of University of Maryland
as a Faculty Research Associate. From January 2004 – December 2006, Dr.
Alasti joined Advanced Technology Group of Airvana Inc (www.airvana.com
Chelmsford, MA) reporting to Airvana CTO and working on the next
generation wireless technologies and next generation products for Airvana
Inc. Dr. Alasti joined AdGen Telecom Group in 2007 and is working as a
Technology Strategist consultant focusing in 4G (WiMAX) and Core Network.
Dr. Alasti has published a number of technical papers in IEEE and holds a
number of patents.
Abdi Bahadorie
Abdi has over 20 years of progressive experience in the
information technology industry, including thirteen years of management
and executive management experience. Adbi has consistently established and
maintained positive working relationships with client organizations, and
built high performance teams. He has gained extensive experience in the
areas of System Design, Software Development, Network Management, Service
Provisioning, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications and Project
Management. Abdi has successfully managed multiple projects through their
life cycle. Adbi has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in
Telecommunications and Computers from George Washington University.
Siamak Harandi
Mr. Harandi is a senior technical consultant with AdGen Telecom Group, Inc. Mr. Harandi has over 18 years of working experience with wireless carriers and cable service providers. He has extensive knowledge in FCC licensing in various radio services. He has acted as the chief technical advisor and FCC licensing consultant for many commercial carriers and local government entities within the United States. He has strategized and performed biddings in FCC spectrum auctions on behalf of many carriers in their quest to acquire regional and local geographic licenses within the United States. Mr. Harandi has also performed many FCC licensing and FAA tower due diligence work for many wireless and cable carriers.
James R. Landoll
Jim
has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and
wireless industry. Jim’s experience includes RF planning and network
design for a large number of wireless (cellular) markets. Jim has managed
a number of complex telecommunications projects such as the design and
build of public safety communications systems and short-wave broadcast
stations. His skills include conducting trade off studies, performing cost
analysis, defining requirements, developing statements of work and system
analysis. His skill in data analysis and computer hardware/software has
allowed him to develop specialized computer programs that perform complex
searches and analytical calculations. Jim’s experience also includes
cellular radio design, FCC licensing and compliance, command & control
- fire/police/911, fixed network design, microwave backhaul for
voice/video/data, telephone PBX management systems, medical signals
systems, secure voice/data distribution systems and mobile radio
design/operations. Jim has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Detroit, completed graduate studies at George Washington
University.

Mehran Nazari
Mehran has more than 25 years of experience in the design, audit, build and operation of numerous telecommunications networks in both developed and emerging markets. He has worked with varying technologies from GSM, CDMA, and UMTS to WiFi/WiMax - as a result, he has been involved in strategic planning and implementation of many different generations of telecommunications technologies and infrastructure vendors. In addition to defining technology roadmaps for start-up operations, he has assisted incumbent operators review and refine existing product and service portfolios and well as enabling platform landscapes. He has extensive background and expertise in topology, signalling and interconnect plans between fixed networks in domestic US and international markets. Mehran received his Bachelor of Science degree from George Washington University in electrical engineering, and is pursuing a master's degree in telecommunications and computer science.

Gregory T. Pauley
Greg has more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and operation of telecommunications networks. He has worked in various capacities of construction, operations, and management serving as Vice President and CTO for two separate wireless carriers as well as successfully creating and operating businesses in the tower and communications services industry. Greg has experience in managing both new construction as well as conversion projects from a technical as well as budgetary perspective. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of the State of New York in Electronics Technology and a Master's degree in Computing and Information Systems from Youngstown State University.

Robert M. Sorbello, Ph.D.
Bob earned his B.E.E. in electrical
engineering from Manhattan College and his S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in
applied physics from Harvard University. Bob has more than 25 years of
technical, operational and program management expertise in satellite and
telecommunications engineering. He has managed the design and development
of advanced communication satellites, communications earth stations,
terrestrial networks for delivery of IP and video content, and
state-of-the-art microwave components. For 14 years Bob was at Comsat
Laboratories where he was a manager in the Microwave Systems Division. He
subsequently held the positions of Vice President Satellite Engineering
and Operations at Loral Orion, Vice President Network Engineering and
Infrastructure at Loral Cyberstar, and most recently Senior Vice President
of Engineering and Technology at AirTV Ltd
Jim M Talens
Jim earned a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Pennsylvania, and his M.B.A. and law degrees from Temple
University. He has more than 30 years experience in telecommunications.
Jim began his career in telecommunications at Western Union and later at
General Electric. For 14 years he served in management positions at the
Federal Communications Commission (FCC), first as Chief of the Domestic
Services Branch and then as Chief of the Legal Branch, Mobile Services
Division, Common Carrier Bureau. For the next two years he was Senior
Advisor to the FCC's Satellite and Radiocommunication Division,
International Bureau. For five years after leaving the FCC, Jim was Of
Counsel to the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson LLP. For the past two
years, Jim has been an independent telecommunications consultant, working
on a variety of telecommunications issues. Jim possesses extensive
experience in regulatory, engineering, contract, legal and business issues
associated with domestic and international wireless, satellite and
terrestrial telecommunications systems.
