Executive Team
Alfred F. Boschulte – Chairman/CEO
Mr. Boschulte has
more than thirty years experience in the telecommunications industry, most
recently as Chief Executive Officer of Skyoptix, Inc., an optical network
management company whose products equip service providers with tools and
systems that intelligently manage both their current and next-generation
multi-vendor SONET, Optical and DCS-based transport networks.
Mr. Boschulte began
his career with the New York Telephone Company holding various management
positions in the information systems, operations, marketing and engineering
departments. His previous leadership positions have included founder and
Chairman of Detecon, Inc. a partnership with Detecon GmBH (a subsidiary of
Deutsche Telekom), a 3rd and 4th generation wireless
consulting firm; Managing Director of Excelcomindo Pratama, a national GSM
cellular operator in Indonesia; and Chairman and President of TOMCOM, LP, a
wireless joint services organization of Airtouch Communications; Chairman,
CEO and President of NYNEX Mobile Communications; Vice President of NYNEX
Strategic Planning and Marketing; Vice President of Pacific Bell - Corporate
Communications, Marketing and Sales; Director of AT&T's Cross Industry -
Information Systems; and, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Independent Wireless One Corporation, a Sprint PCS Affiliate providing
services throughout the NorthEast USA. Mr. Boschulte presently sits on the
boards of directors at several NASDAQ companies, including TranSwitch and
Symmetricom Corporations, the non-profit Independent Systems Operator
Corporation; is Chairman of Wireless Access, a private broadband internet
wireless corporation; and is a former board member of NorthEast Utilities
Corporation.

Mehran Nazari – President/COO
Mr. Nazari is the founder and managing director of AdGen Telecom Group, Inc. Mr. Nazari has a wealth of domestic and international wireless telecommunications experience encompassing network design, technical planning, strategic planning/management and operationally focused consulting organizations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the design, build-out and operations of large to medium wireless networks. He has served as the lead consultant and acting chief technical officer for several wireless carriers using all air interface technologies and negotiated several large wireless infrastructure contracts with Lucent, Nortel, Ericsson and Motorola as well as interconnect agreements with a number of local exchange carriers. Mr. Nazari has extensive knowledge and background in FCC licensing and has developed several software programs for automating interference calculations, microwave link reliability and database analysis/manipulation. Mr. Nazari presently sits on the
boards of directors at Berliner Communications and is a strategic advisor to VCs specialized in wireless telecommunications sector.

Glen Posey - CFO
Mr. Posey
is the Chief Financial Officer for AdGen Telecom and has 15 years experience
as Controller and CFO. Mr. Posey holds a Master Degree and is a
licensed Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining AdGen Telecom,
Mr. Posey was the CFO of CGI, Inc.
Mr.
Posey brings a wide variety of progressive experience to AdGen
Telecom. Mr. Posey started out early in his career as an
auditor. Over time he worked his way through the various levels to
Controller and CFO. Mr. Posey's experience encompasses working with
businesses in strategic and financial planning, tax compliance, financial
reporting, banking relations, cash flow management, personnel and benefits
management, insurance procurement, payroll and community affairs.
